These one-of-a-kind photos were taken as part of the design concept work for The Damage Manual by a Chicago photographer named Charles Mundy. The concept and art direction was developed by Chris Connelly after passing a gaping hole in the street on his way to track the vocals for the album in 1999. Chris was present at the shoot where a Polaroid Land (peel-apart film) camera was used in a studio.
The first photo shows all 15 images, the other images are close ups of some of the photos. Choose the photo style you prefer. (Unfortunately specifying a precise image is not possible, except in the case of the photo of orange roll with wire.)
